This product is a universal ultra high-speed air bearing motorizedspindle. It can also be used as the motorized spindle for the 250,000rpmdrilling machine with the capacity for drilling big holes at a low-speed andsmall holes at a high-speed with precision and efficiency.
This spindle is a motorized spindle with the built-in motor. It isbuilt-in with a three-phase variable frequency asynchronous efficient motor,with the maximum speed up to 250,000rpm. It can easily complete the drilling ofminor holes of φ0.1mm. Its torque can reach up to 0.12N·m at a speed less than30,000rpm. It can easily drill a hole of φ6.5mm at a drilling speed of 400mm/s.
1.High-precision: The spindle for PCB industry has the static rotary precision ≤ 0.002mm and dynamic precision ≤ 0.006mm (delivery standard), has the characteristic of incomparable high precision, and can achieve higher drilling CPK values.
