Inrecent years, as a nearly ideal feed transmission mode, the permanent magnetlinear synchronous motor has gradually replaced the traditional rotary motor,achieving a rapid development. Breaking the transmission mode of traditional“rotary motor + ball screw”, it achieves the “zero transmission”. With therapid development of the automatic control technology and microcomputers,higher requirements have been raised for the positioning accuracy of a varietyof automatic control systems; therefore, many countries are researching,developing and applying the linear motor, raising a growing demand for linearmotors.

Independentlydesigned, developed and produced by Haozhi Electro-Mechanics, DLMF series oflinear motors are characterized with high-speed and high precision; its stroke isextended with the secondary array, but its accuracy and servo performance willnot have any reduction; the motor is easy for free maintenance because theprimary array and secondary array of the motor are free from any machinery; itfeatures a big acceleration and small noise. DLMF series of permanent magnetlinear motor of Haozhi Electro-Mechanics belong to iron core flat linear motor;its continuous thrust force covers a range of 0.2-4KN; its peak value thrustforce covers a range of 1-12KN. It is mainly used for industrials such asprecision N.C. machining center, gantry milling system, laser machiningequipment, semi-conductor equipment and other industrial applications.

UniversalDLMF motor

HaozhiElectro-Mechanics has always been engaged in the research of low cogging forcesolution. The standard DLMF motor is designed and optimized with the minimumcogging force, greatly reducing the cogging effect. DLMF motor of highcomputability supports a variety of connection options, installation of theisolated cooler and option of Hall sensors, which can be widely applied forvarious kinds of machines.

Comparedwith similar products, DLMF series of motors have better thrust mass ratio,good heat dissipation performance and thrust constant, thus having highprecision (greater than 120m/min), high acceleration (greater than 30m/s2) andhigh precision (two-way repeated positioning precision within 2um). Its thrustcovers a wide range. The range of thrust and speed for the whole series modelscan meet the needs of industries such as 3C, laser, automation, etc. The wholeseries are equipped with KTY and PTC temperature monitoring thermal sensors forgood thermal protection.

DLMFmotor, specially customized, is competent for more demanding conditions. HaozhiElectro-Mechanism can offer a motor protection solution with its protectionclass up to IP65. With the same volume, it can have higher weather resistanceand effectively resist dust, splashing, scratching and impact, reaching theeffect of zero fault and free maintenance. It is suitable for occasions withpoor working conditions, difficult maintenance and serious pollution.

Inaddition, customized DLMF motor has a better cooling structure. Speciallycustomized models are equipped with the Company’s patented forced coolingtechnology. It can extremely reduce the temperature by greatly increasing theheat exchange area, extending the residence time of the refrigerant in themachine and improving filling materials and guidance of the heat dissipationroute at the same cooling flow. Compared with the cooling solution withtraditional copper tubes, it has no additional requirements for the coolingperipherals after the application of patented cooling solution of HaozhiElectro-Mechanics. It can be operated at full load at a flow of 3L/min toreduce the coil temperature to 40 below. It issuitable for a platform with demanding requirement for temperature control or overloadedfor a long term.

The Company’s current testingplatform has the capability to test tens of operation items such as positioningforce, thrust constant, thrust fluctuation, thrust linearity, stall test,temperature rise tolerance, long-term operation, load test, overload test,positioning accuracy, repeatability accuracy, machining simulation, servicelife test, etc. There is demanding internal requirements for the productionline of linear motor. All DLMF series of motors must be tested and checkedthrough above-mentioned items in order to ensure that each set of DLMF motor atthe client can have reliable performance.

PCBdrilling machine is a device for drilling and milling the printed circuitboards. Currently, drilling machines with 6axis or 4axis are most popular. Keyperformance indicators of the PCB drilling machine are drilling efficiency,positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy, which are reflected tothe drilling quality, i.e. drilling position accuracy CPK. As a supplier of PCBdrilling machines, Haozhi Electro-Mechanics updates its current 6-axis drillingmachine technically in order to increase the equipment competitiveness.

Accordingto customer requirements, “the X-axis load of the equipment is about 500KG andthe Y-axis load is about 650KG. The expected fast-moving speed of two axes is60m/min and the acceleration is expected to be 1G in order to improve theefficiency. The repeated positioning accuracy is expected to be 0.003mm toimprove the hole position accuracy CPK.” Our linear motor is selected as thedriver for high-speed and high accuracy of positioning. DLMF-0403W permanentmagnet linear motor is used for X-axis; DLMF-0404W permanent magnet linearmotor is used for Y-axis.

Applicationexample of graphite machine

Agraphite machine is specially used for machining graphite molds. In order tomeet continuously increasing customer experience by 3C product customers,higher and higher requirements are raised for graphite molds. Accordingly, therequirements for performance of a graphite machine that is used for machininggraphite molds also become more and more stringent. Key performance indicatorsof a graphite machine include efficiency, accuracy and protection.

Accordingto customer requirements, “the fast-moving speed has to be increased from thecurrent 15m/min to over 48m/min and the repeated positioning accuracy needs toreach 0.002mm. The machining surface effect must be good.” By use of a linearmotor as a driver by Haozhi, the fast-moving speed can reach 60m/min.DLMF-0301W permanent magnet linear motor is used for X-axis and Y-axis;DLMF-0203W permanent magnet linear motor is used for Z-axis.
