This product is a kind of highly precise lathe motorized spindle,whose max. speed could reach 6000 rpm. With A2-4 nose and an installation diameter of 120 mm, the spindle is configured with 5.5 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated and max. torsion of 26.26 Nm and 52.4 Nm respectively. It can be configured with 5” and 6” chuck and oil cylinder，and it used for steel parts, casting and nonferrous metals as well as installation of Type 36 CNC lathe and turning-milling composite machine tool.

And the same mounting size as the universal A2-4 external drive spindle, can be directly switched. As a kind of high-speed turning lathe motorized spindle ,it is mainly applied to processing in such fields as hardware, clock, lamps, etc.

Features

1. Application of high-performance heavy load bearing:

Through optimizing bearing application and with a high rotation precision, this product is applicable to high-speed cutting of nonferrous metals in clock and lamp field and could ensure excellent appearance texture. The roughness and roundness of cut sample could be Ra≤0.4μm and ≤2μm respectively.
