This product is a high-speed mechanical type straight spindle. The connection shanktype for the spindle is BT30. Its maximum speed is 24,000rpm.

The front-endlabyrinth seal structure after simulation analysis and optimization, and tinypores evenly distributed, which can effectively prevent the cutting fluid andmachining debris from entering. The spring spraymay be at the end surface of spindle nose, where it is closer to the requiredcooling position so that better effect of cooling and chip removal can beachieved.
