In view of the rising temperature, theproportion of spindle damage due to the accumulation of condensate water in themachine has gradually increased.

Causes for generation of condensate water

There is a relatively big difference between theinner temperature of the spindle and the outer ambient temperature. When theouter humid air enters the inside of the spindle, a large amount of water vaporwill become water droplets due to the cold temperature inside so that waterwill enter the inside of the spindle; when water enters the stator, it willcause the short circuit of the coil and thus burn it; when water enters thebearing, it will dilute the lubrication grease and thus cause damage.

To thoroughly prevent and eliminate thegeneration of condense water, reduce the damage rate of the spindle and savemaintenance costs for customers

Correct practice

In case of air conditioning:

Customers are recommended to keep the differencebetween the setting temperature of the chiller and the ambient temperaturewithin ±2℃ or start the ambient mode(room temperature synchronization function).

In the absence of airconditioning:

It is recommended to adjust the settingtemperature of the chiller to a range within 25~28 ℃.
