The outbreak of the COVID-19, has put more demands on the emergency production of medical protective masks. Melt-blown cloth has always been the bottleneck of mask production, and its production capacity has been subject to melt-blown machines.
In the production of melt-blown cloth, polypropylene (pp) is produced by flying out the micro-holes of the melt-blown die head. The minimum diameter of the micro-holes is 0.1-0.3mm, and the material of the die head is generally 316 stainless steel. To process micro holes in hard materials, the drilling method of the machining center can be used. However, there will be restrictions on the increase of its production capacity. One is that the processing efficiency of the ordinary spindle is not very high, and the other is that the tool is easily broken, resulting in the scrap of the entire die. The high-speed and high-precision electric spindle helps solve the above two problems.
2.1) High speed
Within the tolerance range of the tool, high speed is more suitable for micro-hole machining, which can reduce the cutting amount per tooth to reduce the cutting force, protect the tool and reduce scrap. In addition, high speed can be matched with high feed rate to further improve efficiency. When processing the above-mentioned micro-holes, the rotation speed should generally reach 18000 rpm. Compared with direct-coupled or belt-driven spindles, electric spindles have obvious advantages. And our various types of electric spindle can meet the needs of various types of machine tools.
2.2)High precision
Our electric spindle can be equipped with high-precision HSK tool holders, and the rotation precision of the end of the tool is within 2μm, which can further reduce abnormal tool breakage and ensure processing efficiency.
2.3)Low vibration
When using our electric spindle, because the external drive motor and cooling fan are not needed, the overall quality of the machine tool is lighter and the vibration is lower. During processing, higher acceleration and deceleration can be applied, while controlling vibration in a lower range, reducing tool damage and ensuring processing efficiency.
2.4)Long service life
Our electric spindle uses an innovative clamping mechanism. While maintaining high precision and low vibration, the service life of the tool is extended to 10 million times, which is more than 5 times that of the ordinary clamping mechanism. It can reduce the downtime caused by abnormal clamping mechanism when repeatedly changing the tool to process the micro holes.
2.5)High surface quality
Our electric spindle shows excellent surface quality in the traditional 3C industry processing. It meets the needs of many customers in applications such as high-prescion mobile phone shells. It is more conducive to ensuring the quality of micro-holes when used in micro-hole processing. Adopt ordinary ball bearing high-speed electric spindle processing, surface roughness can reach Ra0.2. Using high-precision electric spindle processing, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.05, which is very suitable for high-prescion metal processing, the surface processing effect is excellent, no obvious blade defects and so on.
