This product is a short cylinder cup reducer. Its models includes 14, 17, 20, 25, 32,and the product reduction ratio coverage range includes 50, 80, 100, 120, 160. It is mainly used forlight-load six-joint robot, stamping manipulator, etc.

Features

1、High transmission accuracy: Range of single-stage transmission ratio i=30-160; transmission accuracy: 25 arc-seconds; repeated positioning accuracy: 5 arc-seconds.

2、Ultralong service life: Service life of Haozhi harmonic reducer: Above L10: 10,000 h/ above L50: 50,000 h.

3、Tooth profile design: The original SP tooth profile design with a meshing value higher than 30% improves both rigidity and transmission accuracy dramatically. Its rigidity and transmission accuracy are 10% and 20% higher than the highest industrial standard respectively.

4、Special lubricating grease: Special lubricating grease we developed independently is superior in terms of noise reduction and durability. The original special nanoscale ingredient in lubricating grease can minimize resistance to restrain temperature rise and wearing.

5、Small volume and light weight: 50% reduction of parts contributes to a 1/3 drop in both volume and weight. In particular, the volume and weight of short cylinder harmonic reducer are reduced by 1/2 respectively.
