Exhibitions Gathering at Year End Prospects of DAKE New Products

The reducer is the core partof the robot to realize the movement function, and is an indispensable part forthe reliable and precise operation of industrial robots and robot arms. For theGuangzhou International Robot Exhibition this year, DAKE will firstly exhibit theserial new products of three harmonic reducers and a cycloid-pin wheel planetaryreducer.

Thethree harmonic reducers shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 use the design of advanced doublecircular-arc tooth profile structure, and the number of engaged teeth is high upto 20%-30%; compared to the traditional involute tooth profile, the backlash ofthe three harmonic reducers is easier to adjust and easy to achieve the zero backlashdrive.

The series of harmonic reducershave the transmission ratio of single-pole transmission of i=30-160, having smoothtransmission without impact; in case of equivalent transmission ratio and bearingconditions, the volume and weight are reduced to 1/3 to 1/2 of those of generalgear reducers, and the precision, strength, rigidity, service life, etc. have beengreatly improved.

DQFX-10060/2.5shown in Figure 4 is a spindle, which is specially designed by DAKE for the high-precision,high-efficiency and high-surface-finish machining of non-ferrous metals, ferrousmetals, glass, graphite, etc., and it will be firstly exhibited on the exhibition.

The spindle is internallyequipped with a three-phase four-pole AC asynchronous motor, it has the functionof automatic tool changing and can be optional with tool holders in various forms;by using the gas hydrostatic bearings verified by the simulation analysis software,there is non-contact and no wear, the speed is as high as 60,000rpm, its homogenizationeffect provides the spindle ultra-low static accuracy, and it has the advantagesof low vibration (≤ 0.8mm/s), high rigidity, high bearing capacity, etc.

DZDC-180 shown in Figure5 is a cradle five-axis rotary table directly driven by torque motor, with the discsurface size of Φ180mm, it has the advantages of high rigidity, high speed, highprecision, stable operation, etc., it is applied for CNC machining centers, andit can realize the efficient five-axis linkage machining.

The cradle five-axis rotarytable is directly driven by torque motor, the intermediate transmission mechanismis omitted, and it has no speed reducing mechanism and back clearance and has lownoise and compact structure. The high-torque torque motor matched with the high-precisionRenshiaw/Nikon (optional) equal circular grating can perform five-axis linkage andrealize high-precision positioning, with the indexing accuracy up to ±10” and therepeatability up to ±2”.

DQFX-06280/1.2 shown in Figure7 is an all-around air bearing spindle by high-speed forming, with the highest speed up to 80,000rpmand the maximum power up to 1.5kW, and it is mainly applied for PCB forming machining.

The spindle has the two advantagesof low-speed forming and high-speed forming, its low-speed forming ability is equivalentto that of the ball spindles of the same power, and under specific conditions, thespindle is suitable for the high-finish machining of metals (aluminum and its alloys,copper and its alloys), non-metals (acrylic), etc.
