PCB develops from single layer to double sides and multiple layers, and then to high density, high precision and high reliability. In this way, more and more micropores are formed on PCB board, of which 0.1-0.3mm holes account for more than 80% of the board surface. 1.Ultra-Long Life

The service life and precisionmaintenance of air-bearing spindle can be prolonged significantly owing tocontactless and “zero-wearing” characteristics. Haozhi air-bearing Spindle, adoptingbearings made of self-lubricating and wear-resistant material, high reliabilitybroach mechanism and superpower motor, can obtain “permanent life” except forabnormal use.

2. Super High Efficiency

Ultimate Start and Stop Speed

The spindle canachieve direct acceleration to 200,000rpm from less than 4s, while accelerationof conventional spindle is 10-12s. Generally, tool is changed at every 6minutes. Therefore, more than 3% efficiency can be improved only through startand stop.


Ultrafast Small Hole Drilling Capacity

In internal testdemonstration, the efficiency is improved by more than 12% in drilling smallholes with less than 0.2mm diameter.

3. Super Strong Torsion

With as high as0.16N.m low-speed torsion and 6.35mm tool continuously processing more than10,000 holes (S20000 F0.3 R5.03*1.6mm FR4), our spindle can easily deal withall kinds of thick plates and hard plates.
