This product is a kind of heavy-load lathe externally-driven spindle, the max. speed of which is 4,500rpm. With A2-6 nose design, it can be configured with Φ200mm V-shaped belt pulley as well as 8” and 10” chucks and oil cylinders. It is applicable to finish turning (FT) and re-machining of steel parts, casting and nonferrous metals as well as the installation of Model 52 CNC lathe and turning-milling composite machine tool. As a kind of lathe externally-driven spindle satisfying re-machining demands, it is mainly applied to processing in such fields as auto, aerospace and hardware.

1.Application of high-performance bearing

With the application of bearing, it could realize a rigidity ≥800N/μm. The product can be used for 5mm re-cutting of stainless steel with a high efficiency.
