The DQF-200 air-bearing high-speed electric spindle is purpose-built for high-precision, high-speed, and high-efficiency PCB drilling. With a maximum speed of 200,000 rpm, it adopts an extended-nose design with integrated speed measurement to ensure precise control during operation.

Through optimized high-performance motor design, the spindle achieves an 8–10% efficiency improvement at 200,000 rpm. At the same time, low-speed torque is significantly enhanced, while temperature rise and slip rate under high-speed conditions are effectively reduced. The DQF-200 accelerates to full speed in just 3.8 seconds, with a slip rate as low as 1%. Low-speed torque reaches 0.16–0.18 Nm, delivering low heat generation, minimal energy loss, and rapid start-stop performance—making it especially suitable for small-diameter hole drilling (0.2–0.3 mm) in thick and rigid PCB boards.

An optimized spindle shaft structure further improves radial load capacity and overall rigidity, while the floating bearing design significantly enhances core stability.
